General Information
All registrations are processed in the order in which they are received and, on a space-available basis. We suggest early registration, especially for limited-attendance courses and hands-on workshops. In order to secure a place in a course, a completed online registration must be received for each participant. For more information, please contact us at conted.dentistry@mcgill.ca.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Cancellation made 30 days or more before the course starts: Full refund

Cancellation made 15-29 days before the course starts: 50% of the course fee will be refunded

Cancellation made 0-14 days before the course starts: No refund

A $75 administration fee will apply to all cancellations
If insufficient enrolment necessitates cancellation of a course, all tuition fees will be refunded. McGill University cannot be responsible for the refund of any part of the tuition fees as a result of emergencies, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. Also, McGill University is under no obligation to reimburse participants for airline tickets, hotel reservations or any other costs incurred should the need arise to cancel or reschedule programs.

Program Check-in and Times
Most of our in-person courses begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. unless otherwise stated.
Please plan to arrive about 20 minutes before the start time to pick up registration and hand-out materials. Our afternoon lectures and workshops usually begin at 1:00 pm. A light lunch is provided between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm. In fairness to everyone, we like to start promptly at 8:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.
Guest Wi-Fi
Bring your computer or mobile device! Complimentary wi-fi access is offered to our participants.
Equipment
Participants are encouraged to bring their magnifying loupes and/or protective eyewear for hands-on workshops.
Photography
Photography, recording or videotaping any continuing dental education program is not allowed without advance written permission from the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences. From time to time, a photographer may be present and taking photographs of various courses, instructors and attendees for marketing and advertising purposes. Participants not wishing to be photographed should inform the course director, photographer or a staff member of the Continuing Dental Education team.

Unless otherwise indicated, all courses are held at the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences clinic on the main floor of 2001 McGill College Avenue, Montreal, QC, H3A 1G1. View the location here.
