Application Forms & Fee

The application fee is $200cad and must be paid before applications will be evaluated. Please submit the application form and your documents to the email address provided once your application fee is paid. 

A confidential reference form must be sent by the person providing the reference, directly to conted.dentistry@mcgill.ca

Forms must be completed electronically and returned by email. Adobe Reader 10 or later is required.

refund policy

Please note that the application fee is non-refundable (CAD 200). 

Program cancellations made up to thirty days prior to the first day of the program:
1- Cancellation for reasons of visa refusal/problem:
the participant will receive a 100% refund.
2- Cancellation for other reasons not related to the visa process: the participant will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than thirty days prior to the first day of the program.
In case of course cancellation a full refund will be issued.

McGill University cannot be responsible for the refund of any part of the tuition fees as a result of emergencies, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. Also, McGill University is under no obligation to reimburse participants for airline tickets, hotel reservations or any other costs incurred should the need arise to cancel or reschedule programs.
